A Former Prosecutor, Now a Defense Attorney
For thirteen years, it was my pleasure to serve the people of Will County as Assistant State's Attorney. I prosecuted DUI, domestic battery, felony drug, rape, burglary, armed robbery and death penalty murder cases. From 1994 to 2000, I served as First Assistant State's Attorney. In that position I had the responsibility of managing the largest law office in Will County. Several years ago, I started my own criminal defense practice dedicated to protecting the rights and freedom of people accused of felony and misdemeanor crimes.
My experience as a prosecutor is put to work for my clients every time I walk into the courtroom. I know how to view your case from the perspective of your adversary. I know the tactics your prosecutor will use and I know how your prosecutor will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses in your case.
